[cat] L’estudi analitza la representació del comerç a la menuda, popularment conegut com a retail, en els diferents nivells de formació de Catalunya: universitats, formació professional, certificats de professionalitat del servei d’ocupació i el Consorci de la Formació Continua. L’estudi parteix de la necessitat d’adaptar els diferents nivells de formació a les necessitats d’un sector que, tot i que debilitat, és un dels més importants a Catalunya, tan pel que fa a persones assalariades com en règim d’autònoms, i molt representatiu de l’estructura empresarial de Catalunya. Es constata una elevada fragmentació i dispersió de la formació en retail, observant-se una forta desintegració tan en el pla vertical, entre els diferents nivells de la formació, com en el pla horitzontal, entre les formacions d’un mateix nivell. Aquest fet ajuda a profunditzar el poc prestigi d’una formació que en si mateixa se li atorgant poc interès
[eng] The study analyzes the representation of retail, in the different levels of training in Catalonia: universities, professional training, Certificates of Professionalism from the Employment Service and the Consortium for Continuing Education. The study starts from the need to adapt the different levels of training to the needs of the retail sector. There is a high fragmentation and dispersion of training in retail. A strong disintegration is observed, both in the vertical plane, between the different levels of the formation, and in the horizontal plane, between the formations of the same level. This reality helps deepen the low prestige of a training that in itself is given little interest.
