Oxide wizard: a script to characterize white lines of transition metal edges in EELS spectra

Abstract

The scripts 0 and 1 have to be installed in the library, while 2 and 3 can be installed as menus. Please install the scripts in order. Open the oxide wizard from the menu, then, follow the instructions. When dealing with a large spectrum image, script 3 can be called from the menu to transform the spectrum image to a spectrum line. Then, once the analysis is finished, it can convert the results back to 2D images.
