Perillositat i gestió de les inundacions al nord del cap de Creus

[cat] Aquest article tracta de les rieres situades entre Portbou i el Port de la Selva que estan sotmeses al risc d'inundació. Són rieres on es produeixen inundacions que causen danys i pèrdues econòmiques en béns públics i privats. S'han caracteritzat, diferenciat i delimitat zones amb més o menys perill d'inundació o inundabilitat. Aquesta zonació s'ha plasmat en una sèrie de mapes d'inundabilitat a escala 1:3000. Es distingeixen tres tipus d'inundabilitat o perillositat: alta, mitjana i zones protegides. En el cas particular de la riera de Portbou, s'afegeix la inundabilitat baixa associada a la presència d'un embassament. La majoria de zones tenen perillositat mitjana. Per establir les freqüències amb les quals es produeixen les inundacions han estat molt útils les informacions d'inundacions anteriors (testimonis personals, fotos, vídeos, etc.). Seria molt necessari enregistrar les properes inundacions i arxivar-ne els documents. Per aquest motiu, en aquest treball, demanem que tothom que disposi d'informació referent al tema la faci arribar a l'IEE.

[eng] This paper deals with the streams located between Portbou and Port de la Selva and that are subject to flood risk. They are streams where flooding is occurring and causing damage and economic losses to public and private property losses. Areas with more or less danger of flooding have been characterized, differentiated andmapped. This zoning has resulted in a series of flood hazard maps at scale 1:3000. There are three types of flood hazard: high, medium and protected areas. In the particular case of Portbou added low degree of danger due to the existence of a reservoir. To determine flood frequencies information on previous floods (personal testimonies, photos, videos, etc.) have been very useful. It would be necessary to record the floods that will happen in future and archive these documents. For this reason, in this work we ask to the people who dispose of flood information of this region, to send it to IEE.
