El feedback en un proceso de evaluación entre iguales: proceso de validación de una pauta de análisis

[spa] La presente contribución expone el proceso de validación de una pauta de análisis de feedback para evaluar la calidad de la retroalimentación provista a un igual y el desarrollo del juicio evaluativo de los estudiantes de maestro. La pauta de análisis ha partido de propuestas de clasificación del feedback anteriores, así como investigaciones previas. La validación de la pauta ha sido tanto del contenido como interna. El proceso de validación se ha desarrollado a través de diversos ciclos de revisión en los que se han ido puliendo tanto las categorías como su definición. Asimismo, el ajuste de la pauta también ha emergido de su aplicación y análisis de fiabilidad a partir del porcentaje de acuerdo entre las diferentes personas que la han aplicado en una muestra de feedbacks recogidos. La versión final de la pauta integra seis categorías que, a su vez, se dividen en diversas subcategorías, permietiendo un análisis profundo del objeto de estudio.

[eng] This contribution presents the validation process of a feedback analysis guideline that is used with the aim to evaluate the quality of feedback provided amongst peers, as well as the development of the evaluative judgment of teacher students. The analysis guideline is based on previous proposals of feedback classification and previous research. The validation of the guideline has been both internal and focused on the content. The validation process has been developed through various cycles in which both the categories and their definitions have been polished. Moreover, the adjustment of the guideline has been result of its implementation and its reliability analysis, based on the percentage of agreement amongst the different people who have applied it in a sample of collected feedbacks. The final version of the guideline integrates six categories that, at the same time, are divided into several subcategories, allowing an in-depth analysis of the object of study.
