Automatización de la gestión de dispositivos de un MDM en un proyecto de movilidad

Abstract

The project focuses on a platform device management, an MDM (Mobile Device Management), provided by the vendor MobileIron. It also focuses on customer service CaixaBank. The goal in this project is to release the workload of the Technical Systems Mobility Group at ITnow, automating all possible tasks performed day by day. Initially, the reader is introduced to the importance of mobility and they will be presented to the objectives of this project. Defining in what a mobility project consists and entering in detail in the ITnow one's. It will be done a time study of the tasks of the Mobility group done daily. Once obtained the different tables with all itemized tasks, will be studied each for their automation. Finally, those that are most optimal to optimize will be chosen. Once the tasks to automatize are obtained, it will be chosen different functionalities that the tool or software must provide. The purpose of this software is to collect all the tasks because of the management and the implementation of these would be more agile. Once the tool will be developed, a comparative study between manual tasks and automated tasks must be done obtaining a comparative conclusion between them. Finally, some general and personal conclusions will be obtained relating the worked done and the adversities encountered with all the knowledge gained during the training period.
