Resumen

Loneliness significantly impacts the well-being of individuals with mental health conditions, often exacerbating their challenges and diminishing their quality of life. This article explores a pioneering project to address this issue through a smart mobile application. The initiative is built upon a core of key stakeholders: healthcare professionals with expertise in psychology, social stakeholders with practical, on-the-ground experience in supporting individuals with severe mental health needs, and the active participation of users to ensure the initiative is useful and user-centered. Additionally, a highly technological partner contributes to the development of the mobile application, enabling the digitalization of support systems. Together, these stakeholders collaborate to deliver tools and strategies to support individuals with mental health disorders by reducing loneliness, helping them manage daily life, improving digital skills, and promoting overall well-being. The project serves as an innovative model for leveraging interdisciplinary collaboration and technology to address complex social and health challenges.
