Abstract

This master’s thesis develops a structured and practical methodology for organizational improvement that integrates the development of people, processes, and internal communication within companies. Grounded in established organizational theories, international ISO standards, and ESG principles, the research proposes a holistic improvement framework based on the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle. The methodology is operationalized through a practical assessment and diagnostic tool designed to evaluate organizational maturity from both employee and management perspectives. By combining people development, process efficiency, and communication optimization into a unified system, the proposed approach aims to identify critical non–value-adding areas and guide organizations toward sustainable, adaptable, and performance-oriented improvement. The methodology is validated through a real-world case study conducted in collaboration with TÜV SÜD Iberia, demonstrating its applicability, flexibility, and relevance for supporting continuous organizational development aligned with ESG requirements.
