The talk will be approached as a use case analysis. A realistic practical
scenario requiring data processing in biomedical research activities will
be described and the necessary steps will be explained so that all stages
of data processing comply with the corresponding legal obligations.
The answers will be based on the current regulations and attention will
also be paid to the regulations in preparation, mainly that concerning
the European health data space.
