Abstract

Welcome to The Open Education Conference in Barcelona. This is an International forum to present and discuss innovations and research about Open Education and Open Educational Resources (OER) movement. This year the main topic of the conference is OER: Impact and Sustainability. We are going to learn about Open Education projects around the world; how they are designed, implemented and sustained, what the different communities of learners need to allow OER projects to become a transforming engine for education, improving learning outcomes, and facilitating access to education to more and more people.
