Entre els pèsols d’hivern assajats cal destacar el bon comportament productiu que han mostrat FURIOUS i FRESNEL. Les varietats PADDLE i FURIOUS són els que ha mostrat una data d’inici de floració més precoç. Els majors continguts en proteïna s’han observat en AVIRON, LAPONY, GUIMAS i PADDLE.
