The number of homeless has increased in the last years, being an especially vulnerable group of suffering problems of mental Health and drug abuse. In the occasions in which the symptomatology of the patient prevents his follow-up in the ambulatory specialized services is possible to request the psychiatric involuntary valuation to diagnosis and the treat said problematic, being in many cases necessarily the admission. In the present study of observational methodology with direct intervention and from a perspective psycho-educative and social it will be thought over, from the exhibition of two practical cases, on the process that takes the interdisciplinary and community teams of Girona (Catalonia) to motivating the involuntary movement to the hospitable services of urgencies
