Title:	The resistant concept as a configurator system of singular projects: the envelope structure of the 112 Reus building

Abstract:	The design and development of the 112 Reus building was carried out by a multidisciplinary team that worked together using BIM tools (Building Information Modeling). The use of this type of modeling tools allowed the correct and necessary coexistence between architecture and structure, by means of a single model to introduce the different configurator systems of the project (architecture and engineering). In short, the exchange of data between BIM/CSI models was possible, bringing a complementary value to the integrating project, according to the technotechnological complexity and management of the building. El diseño y el desarrollo del edificio 112 Reus se realizó con un equipo multidisciplinar que trabajó conjuntamente mediante el uso de herramientas BIM (Building Information Modeling). El uso de este tipo de herramientas permitió la correcta y necesaria coexistencia formal entre arquitectura y estructura, mediante un único modelo para introducir los distintos sistemas configuradores del proyecto (arquitectura e ingeniería). Permitiendo, además, el intercambio de datos entre modelos BIM/CSI de forma eficaz, aportando un valor añadido al proyecto, configurando en todo momento un necesario diseño integrador, dada la complejidad tecno-tecnológica y de gestión del mismo.
