Inteligencia artificial y ODR: ¿puede la inteligencia artificial sustituir la labor del mediador?

[spa] En los últimos años se ha experimentado un pronunciado auge de las nuevas tecnologías en la Administración de Justicia, lo que también nos lleva a la Inteligencia Artificial y la forma en la que se hace uso de ella en el sistema judicial. Conscientes de su importancia y de la irremediable necesidad de modernizar la administración de justicia, dedicamos este estudio al uso de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Mediación, tomando como punto de partida la intervención de la empresa de negociación electrónica iCan System Inc. en el proceso de mediación derivado de un impago.

[eng] In the last years we are seeing an increasing presence of new technologies in the Justice, which also leads us to Artificial Intelligence and the way in which it is used in the judicial system. Because we are conscious of its importance and the need of judicial modernization, we focused this study on the Artificial Intelligence use in Mediation process, taking, as a starting point, the intervention of the electronic negotiation company iCan System Inc. in the mediation process because a non-payment dispute.
