WhatEELS is a free software tool based in Python, specifically designed to facilitate the combined use of clustering and non-linear least squares (NLLS) fitting
for the analysis of Energy Loss Near Edge Structures (ELNES) in Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS). It includes a set of tools for white-lines analysis and elemental quantification.
