De la quietud estatal al movimiento social

Abstract

Partiendo de la idea de Estado en Fichte y de su definición de contrato social y de propiedad mediante el uso, denunciamos el incumplimiento del pacto por parte del Estado y localizamos en tal incumplimiento el surgimiento y la legitimación de los movimientos sociales. Subrayamos también la importancia del espacio público -físico y virtual- como lugar de ex-presión, y la presencia de los movimientos en éste como condición sine qua non para lograr cambios. / Starting with Fichte's idea of State and his definition of Social Contract and Property by use, we denounce that the State has failed to fulfill its end of the Contract and we place in that failure the emergence and legitimation of social movements. We also stress the importance of public spaces -both physical and virtual- as places of ex-pression and the presence of social movements in them as an imperative in order to attain change.
