[cat] Comentaris a les Resolucions de la Direcció General de Dret i d'Entitats Jurídiques de 30 de juliol de 2018(extinció de parella estable per declaració unilateral i cancel·lació del pacte de supervivència: dret estranger) i de 28 de setembre de 2018 (adquisició d'herència per dret de transmissió i posició del cònjuge vidu, usufructuari universal intestat del transmetent).

[eng] Comments on the Decisions of the Catalan Directorate General of Law and Legal Entities dated 30 July 2018 (unmarried couple: relationship breakdown, cancellation of the right to acquire a share in a property upon death and proof of the applicable foreign law) and 28 September 2018 (acquisition of an inheritance via jus transmissionis and the surviving spouse’s position when he or she is entitled to a universal usufruct over the deceased spouse’s estate when the latter died before accepting or disclaiming an inheritance) .
