Generalized distance based Linear Discriminant Analysis

Abstract

This package implements the generalized distance-based linear discriminant analysis method and one cross-validation method described in Anderson and Robinson (2003). It allows performing a discriminant analysis based on any user-defined distance, thus enabling the combination of several types of variables, and the choice of the number of principal coordinates to retain. The zipped file allows the installation as with any other R-package.
