The present document consists of the Bachelor’s Degree Final Thesis for the Degree in Industrial Technologies and Economic Analysis from both Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. This has been conducted within the framework of the extracurricular internship in ForgeFlow. ForgeFlow is a technology firm located in Barcelona which is engaged in the implementation of software for business management (ERP) called Odoo. Odoo is an open-source ERP system coded in Python, which is characterized by its high customizability, flexibility and for their most basic functions to be free. On their side, ForgeFlow clients tend to be already stablished businesses which need an ERP system or already have one, but it is not up to date. In this context, ForgeFlow decided to change its traditional dynamics and launch its own project. This would be an e-commerce, which by the means of an MVP would implement Odoo for the total control of its business. From this project, not only would ForgeFlow test a business idea, but also extract data for marketing purposes to attract more clients from the ForgeFlow point of view as it would have a successful case in its hands as well as it would have extracted many insights during the implementation and growth of a business of these means. About the new company, in a nutshell, it consists of an e-commerce which will sell Patchwork courses as well as their fabrics. In this project, the core of QOQOBO Patchwork S.L. will be structured through the design of the ERP system and the implementation of a tailored workflow. The emphasis will be on achieving precision and personalization, which will involve working with code, specifically Python, within the Odoo 15.0 environment. Furthermore, attention will be given to enhancing the company's supply chain by carefully selecting delivery companies and future suppliers. The effectiveness of the implemented system will be evaluated through a business game, while the identification and selection of key performance indicators (KPIs) will contribute to measuring the company's performance. [2] This project will encompass the following components: an introduction providing context, an exploration of relevant aspects on ForgeFlow, Odoo and Qoqobo, the comparison of both suppliers and delivery companies, the meticulous description of business processes and their integration in Odoo, KPI selection and a proper test conducted in the shape of a business game as well as a Gantt diagram to organise the launching of the company. This will lead to the results and the further conclusions
