Flexibilitat com a eina: de la ficció a la pràctica

Abstract

Aquest treball busca veure la viabilitat de solucionar problemes de la societat a gran escala, mitjançant el recurs de la flexibilitat en l’arquitectura com a eina. Per fer-ho, es comparen tres edificis d’habitatge construïts sota els cognoms de diferents moviments arquitectònics que teoritzen sobre l’ús de la flexibilitat. Al final del treball, en primer lloc es presenten una sèrie de paràmetres que cal tenir en consideració a l’hora d’utilitzar aquesta ‘eina’, i finalment l’autora dóna el seu punt de vista sobre quin hauria de ser el futur dels moviments flexibles.

The present dissertation studies the viability of tackling the different global society’s problems throughout the ‘tool’ of flexibility in architecture. In order to do so, three executed housing projects build from the philosophy of different architecture movements that support the idea of flexibility, are analysed and compared. At the end of the study, some key parameters are presented in order to have them in consideration when using ‘the tool of flexibility’. Finally, the dissertation concludes with the point of the view of the author about the future of flexible design.
