Abstract

Lo que se representa en esta memoria es la visualización con un ejemplo práctico de lo que soy capaz de crear después de un largo transcurso de formación en diferentes sectores, culminando en una empresa en el sector marítimo, que es donde se ha especializado el conjunto de estudiantes de esta nuestra universidad, y los conocimientos deportivos-nutritivos previos que tengo. el que me motivó a seguir con esto adelante fue mi tutor y guía en este trabajo, así que con esto se busca el equilibrio entre cuerpo-salud y así generar el bienestar que tanto se desea junto con un sentimiento de satisfacción. la memoria se divide en doce bloques, los siete primero forman parte del plan de empresa y los restantes son aclaraciones y detalles sobre actividades y conocimientos que formarán parte de la empresa.

What is represented in this report is the visualization with a practical example of what I am able to create after a long course of training in different sectors, culminatingin a company in the maritime sector, which is where the group of students of this our University has specialized,and the previous sports-nutritional knowledge that I have.The one that motivated me to continue with this was my tutor and guide in this work, so with this we seek the balance between body-health and thus generate the well-being that is so desired alon g w i th a feeling of satisfaction.The report is divided into twelve blocks, the first seven are part of the business plan and the re m ai n i n g are clarifications and details about activities and knowledge that will be part of the company.
