IEEE 802.11a: Development and test of a SDN Transceiver

Abstract

Wireless and wired networks are converging. Inthis project it will be studied the transmission of Wifi singals over optical fiber networks. The project will required the development of a Matlab tool for the generation of the wifi signals, the control of the transmitter equipment, the adquisition of the detected signals and the analisys of the quaility of the received signals as BER and EVM.

This project is focused on establishing the bases so that WiFi signals can be studied with which, in the future, smart vehicles will be worked on. \\The project will require the development of a Matlab tool for the generation of the wifi signals, the control of the transmitter equipment, the adquisition of the detected signals and the analisys of the quality of the received signals as BER and EVM.

Las redes cableadas e inalámbricas están convergiendo. Este proyecto está enfocado a establecer las bases para que puedan ser estudiadas las señales WiFi con las que, en un futuro, se trabajarán en los vehículos inteligentes. \\Para la realización de este proyecto se requiere de una herramienta desarrollada con Matlab, la cual pueda generar señales WiFi, controlar el equipo de transmisión, adquirir y detectar correctamente la señal generada y analizar la calidad de ésta mediante parámetros como la BER y el EVM.

Les xarxes cablejades i sense fils estan convergint. Aquest projecte està enfocat a establir les bases per a que puguin ser estudiades les senyals WiFi amb les que, en un futur, es treballarà en els vehícles intel·ligents. \\Per a la realització d'aquest projecte es requereix d'una eina desenvolupada amb Matlab, la qual pugui generar senyals WiFi, controlar l'equip de tranmissió, adquirir i detectar correctament la senyal generada i analitzar la qualitat d'aquesta mitjantçant paràmetres com la BER i el EVM.
