Design Tools for Reinforced 3D DNA Nanostructures

Abstract

In this document we present an algorithm which takes a structure and a path for the scaffold as input and reinforces its long edges with a bipyramid-like structure. Also we give a tool to visualise the original structure, its reinforced version and the modified path for the scaffold.
