Se aporta un catálogo provisional de los Malachiinae (Coleoptera: Melyridae) de Cataluña, basado en la colección
del Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona y la bibliografía consultada. Se citan 52 especies, confirmándose la
presencia de 40 de ellas y citándose Hypebaeus (Hypebaeus) flavipes Fabricius, 1787 por primera vez.

A provisional catalogue of the Malachiinae (Coleoptera: Melyridae) of Catalonia is provided, based on data from
the collection of the Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona and on bibliographical sources. A total of
52 species are recorded, 40 of them being verified and Hypebaeus (Hypebaeus) flavipes Fabricius, 1787 recorded for
the first time.
