Aquest projecte tracta sobre què és la tecnologia blockchain, com funciona i quines aplicacions té, i recull i analitza la legislació estatal i europea vigent. A més, el projecte explica i analitza jurídicament els contractes intel·ligents i les criptomonedes. Finalment, defineix quins passos han de fer els legisladors per regular aquest complex sistema, i quina funció tindrem els advocats en un futur tecnològicament avançat.

Este proyecto trata sobre qué es la tecnología blockchain, cómo funciona y qué aplicaciones tiene, y recoge y analiza las legislaciones estatales y europeas vigentes. Además, el proyecto explica y analiza jurídicamente los contratos inteligentes y las criptomonedas inteligentes. Finalmente, define qué pasos deben tomar los legisladores para regular este complejo sistema, y qué función tendremos los abogados en un futuro tecnológicamente avanzado.

This project is about what blockchain technology is, how it works, and what applications it has, and it collects and analyzes the current state and European legislations. Additionally, the project explains and juridically analyzes the intelligent and smart contracts and cryptocurrencies. Finally, it defines what steps should the legislators take to regulate this complex system, and what function will we the lawyers have in a technologically advanced future.
