Abstract

Longitarsus substriatus Kutschera, 1862 is cited for the first time from the Iberian Peninsula, collected in the Natural Park of the Serra de Collserola (Barcelona) within the project «Biodiversidad Insecta Collserola». We discuss the morphology, the biology and the distribution of this species, and the collect methodology used in the area of study, the integral reserve «Turó de Can Balasc».
