Se aportan nuevos datos sobre la distribución de tres especies del género Colon Herbst, 1797 (Leiodidae, Coloninae) que confirman su presencia en el área peninsular. Asimismo se tratan otras seis especies pertenecientes a las familias Elateridae, Cleridae, Cryptophagidae, Latridiidae, Erotylidae y Bothrideridae de las que se aportan nuevos registros para la Península Ibérica, se comenta y amplia su distribución y se dan los datos que se conocen sobre su biología. Finalmente, se comenta y representa la aberración cromática del Erotylidae Dacne (Dacne) bipustulata (Thunberg, 1781). De las tres especies de género Colon se representa el edeago y la pata posterior del macho para su determinación, del resto de las especies se representa el habitus del macho y si es necesario el de la hembra.

New data are provided on the distribution of three species of the genus Colon Herbst, 1797 (Leiodidae, Coloninae) that confirm their presence in the peninsular area. Likewise, six other species belonging to the Elateridae, Cleridae, Cryptophagidae, Latridiidae, Erotylidae and Bothrideridae families are treated, new records are provided for the Iberian Peninsula, their distribution is discussed and expanded and the data known about its biology is commented. Finally, a chromatic aberration of the Erotylidae Dacne (Dacne) bipustulata (Thunberg, 1781) is commented and represented. The aedeagus and the hind leg of the male of the three species of the genus Colon are figured for its determination; the habitus of the male and if necessary that of the female are represented for the rest of the species.
