Disseny d'un joc per treballar les pors dels infants amb cardiopatia congènita

Abstract

En el present treball es dissenya un joc anomenat Juga amb el cor pensat per a professionals i famílies de l’Associació de Cardiopaties Congènites de Catalunya (AACIC). L’objectiu d’aquesta eina és poder treballar les pors en infants d’edat compresa entre 6 a 11 anys amb cardiopatia congènita. Els infants d’aquesta edat, entenen que significa estar malalt, però encara no són conscients de les repercussions que tindrà. Per tal d’afavorir una actitud positiva de cara a la malaltia i la intervenció es planteja un joc de taula en el que es treballen l’expressió de les emocions, la capacitat de comunicar-se, la familiarització amb els instruments mèdics, la comprensió del que s’està vivint, estratègies d’afrontament i l’autoestima. A través d’unes targetes el nen conjuntament amb altres jugadors passarà per diferent proves com ara endevinalles, dibuixos, entre d’altres. D’aquesta manera lúdica els infants es preparen per al pre i postoperatori.

The aim of this project is to design the game called Juga amb el cor for professionals and families of the Association of Congenital Heart Diseases of Catalonia (AACIC). The purpose of this tool is to work on fears in children between 6 and 11 years old with congenital heart diseases. Children of this age, understand what it means being ill, but they are still unaware of the repercussions that this will have. In order to favour a positive attitude towards the disease and the intervention, a board game is proposed in order to work with the expression of emotions, the ability to communicate, the familiarization with the medical instruments, the comprehension of what is being lived, strategies of confrontation and self-esteem. Through cards, the child, along with other players, will go through different tests such as riddles, drawings, among others. In this way, children are prepared for pre and post-operative.
