- A preventive effect of muscular activity against carcinomas was already postulated in the previous century. - The exercise milieu can help to improve anticancer immune function. - In vitro studies should be interpreted with caution because they do not recapitulate real-life (whole-body) scenarios. - Many questions remain open before we can claim that exercise “kills” tumors.
