Aquest document té com a finalitat presentar el Sistema d’Informació en Prevenció sobre Addiccions i altres comportaments de risc (SIPA+). S'hi detallen els objectius principals del sistema, la metodologia utilitzada, la col·laboració establerta amb la Diputació de Barcelona i els beneficis associats a la participació en aquest projecte.
