dc.description.abstract
This research focuses on the analysis of the chemical composition of Aloe vera extract using three different chromatographic techniques: UV-Vis Spectroscopy, HPLC-DAD (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Diode Array Detection), and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The objective was to identify and quantify key compounds, including phenolic acids, flavonoids, and fatty acids, that contribute to the extract's potential pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.
