Actuació en casos de violència sexual a persones menors d’edat. Estudi de la situació actual a les Illes Balears i el futur del model Barnahus

Abstract

This Final Degree Project aims to gain an in-depth knowledge of the action in cases of sexual violence against minors that is currently being put into practice in the Balearic Islands and to explore the ways of implementing the Barnahus Model as an European initiative with the aim of avoiding the secondary victimization of children and adolescents who are victims of sexual violence. Thus, the object of this study is to learn about the action’s protocol in these cases, but not only from a merely theoretical perspective, but also to go further by learning about the situation from the professionals involved. In order to carry out the research, an initial bibliographical and statistical exploration has been carried out with the aim of obtaining a general context of the situation of sexual violence against minors in the Balearic Islands and then, following the Protocol for action in cases of child sexual abuse (CSA) and child sexual exploitation (CSE) in the Balearic Islands, the actors likely to be interviewed have been chosen

Aquest Treball de Final de Grau pretén entrar en profunditat en el coneixement de l’actuació en casos de violència sexual a persones menors d’edat que es posa en pràctica avui en dia a les Illes Balears i explorar les vies d’implementació del Model Barnahus com a iniciativa europea per tal d’evitar la victimització secundària dels nens, nenes i adolescents víctimes de violència sexual. Així doncs, el treball té l’objectiu de conèixer els protocols d’actuació en aquests casos, però no només des d’una perspectiva merament teòrica, sinó que es pretén anar més enllà coneixent la situació de la mà dels professionals implicats. Per poder dur a terme la investigació s’ha apostat per una exploració bibliogràfica i estadística inicial per tal de tenir un context general de la situació de violències sexuals a menors a les Illes Balears i, llavors, seguint el Protocol d’actuació en casos d’abús sexual infantil (ASI) i explotació sexual infantil (ESI) a les Illes Balears s’ha escollit als actors susceptibles de ser entrevistats
