Publication date

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic led to the declaration of the state of alarm in Spain on March 2020, with exceptional measures. These measures were the limitation of movement of people, as well as the closure of places and services, for the protection of public health, and prevent the transmission of the virus. Freedom of religion has been restricted by these measures, proportionally? This paper analyzes the public health as limit of the religious freedom, and the exceptional regulation, from March. This regulation has limited this fundamental right, and maybe it’s discriminatory
