Es muy usual relacionar el dolor con las personas mayores, pero no siempre es así. Actualmente, hay muchas personas jóvenes que debido a diferentes enfermedades tienen un nivel muy alto de dolor. Entre ellas, la Artritis Reumatoide, es una de las enfermedades crónicas que cursan con dolor intenso. Es importante tener en cuenta la vivencia de estas personas entorno al dolor y las repercusiones que pueden llegar a tener a nivel social, psicológico, etc.
Objetivo:
Identificar en la literatura científica internacional, los estudios publicados acerca de la vivencia de la Artritis Reumatoide y analizar cómo es esta vivencia en las mujeres diagnosticadas de artritis reumatoide.
Método:
Revisión de la literatura en bases de datos PUBMED, DIALNET y CUIDEN desde Octubre de 2015 hasta Mayo de 2016, sobre la vivencia del dolor en la Artritis Reumatoide. Los artículos seleccionados, se han analizado mediante el análisis de contenido.
Resultados:
De los 184 artículos encontrados, 18 artículos cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y de exclusión. Mediante el análisis de estos artículos se han podido objetivar diferentes aspectos relacionados con la evaluación de la Artritis Reumatoide y cómo influyen estas evaluaciones en las personas afectadas por esta enfermedad. El inicio y la percepción de la Artritis Reumatoide son diferentes en cada persona diagnosticada, asumiendo mejor el afrontamiento las mujeres. En lo referente a la calidad de vida, lo más importante es tener una correcta visión de lo que es la conciencia del cuerpo, la cual ayuda a controlar la sintomatología de la Artritis Reumatoide. En lo referente a las terapias complementarias, muchos pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide recurren a técnicas como la Hidroterapia, el Thai-Chi o el Yoga, ayudándoles a sobrellevar mejor la enfermedad.
Conclusión:
Sería importante que se llevaran a cabo más estudios sobre la Artritis Reumatoide en nuestro país, ya que no se han identificado apenas realizados en España.

It´s very usual to rely the pain with old people, but not always is like this. Nowadays there are many young people with chronic diseases, produce a very high level of pain. It´s very important to know their experience about the pain, it´s consequences at a psychological, social level, etc. and also the way they manage it.
Objective:
To identify in the scientific international literature, the published studies about the experience and analyze how is this experience in the women diagnosed of arthritis rheumatoid.
Method:
Literature review in the PUBMED, DIALNET and CUIDEN and data from October, 2015 to May, 2016, on the experience of the pain in the arthritis rheumatoid. The selected articles have been analyzed by the analysis of content.
Results:
Of the 184 articles found, 18 articles met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The analysis of these articles could have targeted different aspects related to the evaluation of the arthritis rheumatoid and how influence these evaluations in the affected persons by this disease. The beginning and the perception of the arthritis rheumatoid are different in every diagnosed person, assuming the confrontation by the women. It concerns the quality of life, the most important thing it is to have a correct vision about of what is the conscience of the body, which helps to control the symptomatology of the arthritis rheumatoid. In what about concerns the complementary therapies, many patients with arthritis rheumatoid resort to technologies as the Hydrotherapy, the Thai-Chi or the Yoga, helping them to taking better the disease.
Conclusion:
It would be important that more studies were carried out on the arthritis rheumatoid in our country, since they have not identified scarcely realized in Spain.
