The measurement of the loads applied on the aircraft on flight is performed by means of calibration of the aircraft on ground.
Within the scope of A350 XWB programme a study is currently performed to determine and correct the sources of uncertainty in the calculation of the in-flight loads.
First results identified high-lift surfaces and ailerons as sources of these uncertainties; so additional load cases have been requested and accepted on A350 XWB test campaign.
The purpose of this internship is to determine a corrective method based on these additional load cases and virtual cases, and this study will be performed through FEM simulations. |
