Violència masclista digital: anàlisi de l'atenció i resposta a les víctimes des d'una perspectiva de gènere i propostes de millora

Les investigacions sobre ciberdelinqüència a nivell nacional i internacional s'han dut a terme sense tenir en compte la perspectiva de gènere i, per tant, sense reconèixer l'impacte desproporcionat que aquesta violència té sobre les dones. L'objectiu principal de la recerca ha estat analitzar les experiències dels/les professionals que atenen a les víctimes per a conèixer els possibles reptes i manifestar propostes de millora. Per a fer-ho, s'han portat a terme 16 entrevistes en profunditat amb professionals que treballen als principals serveis institucionals involucrats a la xarxa d'atenció de la violència masclista digital a Catalunya. Es conclou que donada la falta de reconeixement legal a nivell estatal de la violència masclista digital, les especificitats de la mateixa ciberviolència de gènere, la manca de formació dels i les professionals de la xarxa i la manca de sensibilització i consciència social d'aquest tipus de violència, l'atenció a potencials víctimes presenta amplis reptes, limitacions i necessitats, entre els quals destaquen: la magnitud de la infradenúncia; la normalització d'aquest tipus de violència, sobretot entre les persones més joves; l'important impacte en la salut mental de les potencials víctimes; la manca de coneixement en quant a la certificació de les proves tant per part de les potencials víctimes com dels i les professionals; i les dificultats quan la persona infractora és desconeguda; entre d'altres. La recerca conclou amb una llista de propostes de millora que s'adhereix a les evidències que mostren el gran interès pràctic d'aquest tipus de recerques que es basen en l'exercici professional i en les recomanacions que permetin millorar-lo.

Research on cybercrime at national and international level has been carried out without taking into account the gender perspective and therefore without recognizing the disproportionate impact this violence has on women. The main objective of the research was to analyse the experiences of professionals who care for potential victims in order to identify possible challenges and make proposals for improvement. To do this, 16 in-depth interviews were carried out with professionals working in the main institutional services involved in the network of care for digital gender-based violence in Catalonia. It is concluded that given the lack of legal recognition at state level of digital gender-based violence, the specificities of gender-based cyber-violence, the lack of training of professionals in the network and the lack of awareness and social awareness of this type of violence, the attention to potential victims presents wide-ranging challenges, limitations and needs, among which the following stand out: the magnitude of under-reporting; the normalisation of this type of violence, especially among younger people; the significant impact on the mental health of potential victims; the lack of knowledge regarding the certification of evidence, both on the part of potential victims and professionals; and the difficulties when the offender is unknown; among others. The research concludes with a list of proposals for improvement that adheres to the evidence showing the great practical interest of this type of research based on professional practice and recommendations for improvement.
