En la actualidad, no existe una terapia completamente eficaz para el tratamiento de la Bulimia
Nerviosa (BN). Sin embargo, algunas investigaciones sugieren que las terapias de la tercera
generación pueden ser una buena opción para esta población clínica. Este trabajo propone un
programa de terapia grupal para el tratamiento de adolescentes con diagnóstico de Bulimia
Nerviosa (BN) en seguimiento ambulatorio basada en el modelo contextual de las terapias de
la tercera generación. Con esta iniciativa se pretende facilitar conciencia de las consecuencias
negativas de mostrar una autorregulación inflexible e ineficaz, por lo tanto, ayudar a
desarrollar y practicar patrones de regulación de comportamiento más flexibles y funcionales
ampliando su repertorio de comportamiento. |

Nowadays, there is no completely effective therapy for the treatment of Bulimia Nervosa
(BN). However, some research suggests that third-generation therapies may be a good option
for this clinical population. This work proposes a group therapy program for the treatment of
adolescents with a diagnosis of Bulimia Nervosa (BN) in outpatient follow-up based on the
contextual model of third-generation therapies. This initiative aims to facilitate awareness of
the negative consequences of showing inflexible and ineffective self-regulation, therefore
helping to develop and practice more flexible and functional patterns of behaviour regulation
by expanding its repertoire of behaviour. |
