Grupo de adolescentes con rasgos límites de la personalidad: estudio de caso múltiple

Abstract

El presente trabajo describe el proceso psicoterapéutico de una terapia grupal con adolescentes. Este grupo está compuesto por 6 chicas de edades comprendidas entre 14 y 17 años con rasgos del trastorno límite de la personalidad. El abordaje terapéutico se ha realizado principalmente desde una orientación Dialectico-Conductual y se ha llevado a cabo semanalmente en el CSMIJ de Cornellà. Debido a la pandemia generada por el COVID-19, el setting se presenta cambiante, oscilando primero en online y luego presencial. Se ha escogido esta modalidad terapéutica por ser representativa para los rasgos de los pacientes en cuestión. El objetivo del este estudio es describir la intervención psicoterapéutica realizada durante seis sesiones, analizando la evolución del grupo.

This paper is aimed at describing the psychotherapeutic process of an adolescents group therapy. This group consists of 6 girls between the ages of 14 and 17 with borderline personality disorder traits. The therapeutic approach has been carried out mainly from a Dialectical-Behavioral orientation and has been carried out weekly at the CSMIJ of Cornellà. Due to the pandemic generated by COVID-19, the setting changes oscillating between online and in person. This therapeutic modality has been chosen because it is representative for the characteristics of the patients in question. The objective of this study is to describe the psychotherapeutic intervention carried out during six sessions, analyzing the evolution of the group.
