L’educació en la sexualitat i l’afectivitat al segon cicle d’Educació Infantil. Avaluació del desplegament formatiu inicial per al programa

Abstract

L’educació en la sexualitat i l’afectivitat té com a objectiu treballar aspectes bàsics de coeducació, perspectiva de gènere i sexualitat perquè sigui una missió globalitzadora amb un enfocament interdisciplinari (Vallcorba, 2019). Des dels inicis del curs 2019-2020, el Departament d’Educació, en el marc del programa "Coeduca't", desplega la idea de voler preparar infants i joves per a una vida afectiva i sexual fonamentada en la igualtat de gènere i els drets humans, i col·laborar en la construcció d'un model integral de persona, sense estereotips sexistes, per tal d’erradicar la violència de gènere. Amb aquesta finalitat, el Departament d’Educació ha elaborat un programa que pretén que, després de tres fases, el curs 2021-2022, tots els centres educatius de Catalunya incorporin de forma explícita, en el seu Projecte Educatiu de Centre, aspectes bàsics de coeducació, de perspectiva de gènere i de sexualitat. Aquest treball de recerca pretén conèixer i avaluar el desplegament formatiu inicial que prepara la formació de formadores per al desplegament posterior del programa "Coeduca't" del Departament d’Educació. Per a obtenir aquestes dades, en l’estudi van participar dues referents expertes en l’àmbit en qüestió. Els resultats de l’estudi exposen que hi ha una manca formativa en la formació bàsica dels docents, i en conseqüència, aquesta falta de formació també es troba dins del professorat a l’hora d'aplicar la coeducació i la perspectiva de gènere al currículum. Tot i així, també cal remarcar que cada vegada hi ha més interès per aplicar aquesta nova mirada, tant a nivell polític com a nivell de professorat.

Sexual and affective education aims to develop basic aspects within coeducation, gender perspective and sexuality in order to be a globalizing mission with an interdisciplinary scope (Vallcorba, 2019). From the beginning of the 2019-2020 academic year, the Department of Education, within the framework of the "Coeduca't" programme, deploys the idea of preparing children and teenagers for a sexual and affective life based on gender equality and human rights, as well as collaborate by building an integral model of the person, without sexist stereotypes, to eradicate gender violence. In order to accomplish this purpose, the Department for Education has developed a programme which pretends that all schools in Catalonia incorporate explicitly in their Educational Project, basic aspects of coeducation, gender perspective and sexuality, throughout three stages ending in 2021-2022. This project aims to study and asses the initial training deployment that prepares the trainer training for further deployment for the "Coeduca't" programme from the Department of Education. To obtain these data, two guide experts in the field in question participated in the study. The results of the research show that there is a lack of training in the basic education of teachers. Consequently, this lack of training is also found among teachers when it comes to applying co-education and the gender perspective to the curriculum. However, it should also be noted that there is a growing interest in applying this new perspective, both at the political level and at the teaching level.
