La transició de primària a secundària: una assignatura pendent?

Abstract

Aquest estudi pretén conèixer les concepcions dels diferents agents educatius: administració educativa, equips directius i professorat d’escoles i instituts i alumnat abans i després de fer aquest canvi, pel que fa a la transició de l’Educació Primària a la Secundària en els centres educatius de titularitat pública. Per tal de dur a terme la investigació s’han fet entrevistes semi-estructurades i qüestionaris per tal de contrastar les diferents opinions dels diferents agents anteriorment esmentats. Així doncs, veurem que és un tema que preocupa força, però que majoritàriament és vist com una oportunitat. Tot i això, fa falta una coordinació més potent entre primària – secundària, així com majors referents normatius per tal que les diferències i el pas d’una a l’altra etapa no pugui condicionar la trajectòria escolar de l’alumnat.

The aim of this study is to know the views of the different educational agents: educational administration, management teams and teachers of primary and secondary school and pupils before and after that change, regarding the transition from primary to secondary public schools. To carry out the investigation we have done semi-opened interviews and questionnaires to compare the diverse opinions of the different agents of interest mentioned above. Therefore, we will see that it is an issue that concerns the subjects of the study, but it is mostly seen as an opportunity. Despite this, a stronger coordination is still needed between primary and secondary, and greater regulatory references to avoid that this change influences the career of pupils.
