La importància de tenir una bona relació família-escola durant el període d’adaptació a la llar d’infants

Abstract

Actualment, es parla bastant sobre la relació que s’ha de tenir entre l’escola i la família i els beneficis que aquesta té per l’infant. Però, en la pràctica, aquesta relació és tan bona i permanent com hauria de ser-ho? La finalitat d’aquest estudi és saber com és la relació que tenen les famílies i els docents actualment i més concretament però, en durant el procés d’adaptació dels infants a l’escola bressol, ja que és un moment clau pel desenvolupament de l’infant. En aquest estudi han participat mestres i famílies de 3 escoles del Maresme, concretament 17 mestres i 74 famílies. S’ha pogut comprovar que tant les mestres que han participat a la investigació com les famílies tenen la mateixa opinió sobre com és aquesta relació i com se senten durant l’adaptació. Finalment, s’ha pogut comprovar que la opinió dels participants i el que podem trobar a la literatura concorda bastant però, tot i això, hi ha alguns aspectes en els que hem de continuar treballant per tal de millorar aquesta relació.

Therefore, the aim of this study is to know how the relationship with families and teachers is now, but in particular we have focused on the relationship during the period of adaptation to kindergarten because it is a very important moment for child development. This study involved 17 teachers and 74 families of 3 kindergartens. It has been found that the teachers who participated in the investigation and families have the same opinion on how this relationship is and how they feel during the adjustment period. Finally, it has been found that the participants and the literature say the same but, nevertheless, there are some areas in which we must continue working to improve this relationship.
