ha estat el gran repte dels professionals. Seria convenient que els consells que s’exposen en aquest manual es poguessin aplicar al tractament dels malalts traumàtics no programats que
arriben al bloc d’urgències, separat del bloc central, on el rigor de control i
comportament no acostuma a ser tan estricte.

Avoiding the risk of postoperative infection in orthopedic surgery and trauma has been the great challenge for professionals. It would be desirable that the tips outlined in this manual could be applied to the treatment of traumatic unscheduled patients arriving at emergency block, separated from the central block, where the rigor of control and behavior is usually not as strict.

En cirugía ortopédica y traumatología evitar el peligro de la infección postoperatoria ha sido el gran reto de los profesionales. Sería conveniente que los consejos que se exponen en este manual se pudieran aplicar al tratamiento de los enfermos traumáticos no programados que llegan al bloque de urgencias, separado del bloque central, donde el rigor de control y comportamiento no suele ser tan estricto.
