Estudi descriptiu prospectiu obert realitzat a l’Hospital d’Igualada de gener de 2015 a desembre de 2016 amb pacients diagnosticades de restes ovulars. Es va realizar histeroscòpia amb l’histeroscop d’energia mecànica TRUCLEAR System 5.0. S'identifiquen els punts clau per a l’èxit de la tècnica histeroscòpica basats en la clínica de la pacient, la identificació i descripció ecogràfica detallada de les restes i l'interval de temps abans de realitzar la histeroscòpia. L’èxit de la tècnica recaurà en individualitzar cada cas i modificar els criteris d’inclusió. Es planteja un futur canvi de conducta terapèutica davant les restes ovulars amb la realització d'una histeroscòpia diagnòstic-terapèutica TRUCLEAR System 5.0 a nivell ambulatori.

Open prospective descriptive study carried out at the Hospital of Igualada from January 2015 to December 2016 with patients diagnosed with ovarian remains. Hysteroscopy was performed with the TRUCLEAR System 5.0 mechanical energy hysteroscope. The key points for the success of the hysteroscopic technique based on the patient's clinic, the identification and detailed ecographic description of the remains and the interval of time before the hysteroscopy are identified are identified. Estudio descriptivo prospectivo abierto realizado en el Hospital de Igualada de enero de 2015 a diciembre de 2016 con pacientes diagnosticadas de restos ovulares. Se realizó histeroscopia con histeroscopio de energía mecánica TRUCLEAR System 5.0. Se identifican los puntos clave para el éxito de la técnica histeroscópica, basados en la clínica de la paciente, la identificación y descripción ecográfica detallada de los restos y el intervalo de tiempo antes de realizar la histeroscopia. El éxito de la técnica recaerá en individualizar cada caso y modificar los criterios de inclusión. Se plantea un futuro cambio de conducta terapéutica ante los restos ovulares con la realización de una histeroscopia diagnóstico-terapéutica TRUCLEAR System 5.0 a nivel ambulatorio.
