Introducción: La pandemia por el nuevo coronavirus ha causado graves problemas en relación a la etapa del duelo que tanto se ha vivido durante los últimos meses, produciendo así multitud de duelos disfuncionales, que, a la larga, pueden producir patologías de salud mental.
Objetivos: Se pretende realizar una revisión exhaustiva de la bibliografía existente y realizar así un nuevo protocolo de ayuda emocional durante el duelo sufrido frente a una pérdida por la COVID-19.
Material y métodos: Mediante bases de datos (PubMed, Cinhal, Google académico Web Of Science y Cuiden), y los descriptores (MeSH), se realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura. Posteriormente, una vez revisado, se crea el protocolo de atención emocional a las familias de pacientes fallecidos por COVID-19.
Conclusiones: La atención emocional y la salud mental, están teniendo más cabida en nuestro sistema de salud a raíz de la pandemia, en especial, debido a estas pérdidas que generan tanto sufrimiento.
Introduction: The pandemic caused by the new coronavirus has caused serious problems in relation to the stage of grief that has been experienced so much in recent months, this producing a multitude of dysfunctional griefs, which, in the long run, can lead to mental health pathologies.
Aims: It is intended to carry out an exhaustive review of the existing bibliography and this carry out a new protocol for emotional support during the grief suffered in the face of a loss due to COVID-19.
Desing, Methods: Using databases (PubMed, Cinhal, Google academic Web Of Science and Cuiden), and descriptors (MeSH), a systematic review of the literature is carried out. Subsequently, once reviewed, the protocol for emotional care is created for the families of patients who died from COVID-19.
Conclusions: Emotional care and mental health are having more place in our health system as a result of the pandemic, especially due to these losses that generate so much suffering. |
