Impacte psicològic en abús sexual infantil i mancances en suport i atenció psicològica a les víctímes

Abstract

L’abús sexual infantil és un dels fets més amagats i, tot i que actualment crea un major interès i preocupació, es continua amagant molt i s’arriben a conèixer pocs casos dels quals realment hi ha. Per això, trobo important, no només parlar-ne i descriure les situacions que realment passen als infants, sinó l’impacte que provoca, com afecte i com es tracta, a través de la teràpia psicològica. Per aquest motiu, la intenció d'aquest estudi és tenir en compte què significa l'abús sexual infantil com a tal, en quines situacions es pot donar, l'impacte que provoca i com es tracta a través dels diferents professionals de la psicologia. L'objectiu és localitzar quines mancances poden haver-hi en l'àmbit de professionals de la salut mental que poden detectar o derivar víctimes d'abusos sexuals en el mateix moment que són ateses i si tenen el coneixement i formació adequada en atenció psicològica. Per fer-ho, s’entrevista a professionals de diferents àmbits de la psicologia que observen o tracten víctimes d’abús sexual infantil per conèixer la seva opinió basada en l’experiència. D’aquesta manera, es confirma que no només la simptomatologia i l’impacte psicològic que pateixen les víctimes durant i després del procés sinó que es localitza les mancances, no només a través de la psicologia, sinó en altres àmbits com el jurídic en els protocols i social; com la falta d’informació, de prevenció i de conscienciació.

Child sexual abuse is one of the most threatened facts and, although it currently creates a greater interest and concern, it is still very much threatened and few cases are known of those that really exist. For this reason, I find it important, not only to talk about and describe the situations that really happen in infants, but also the impact they have, how they affect them and how they are treated, through psychological therapy. For this reason, the intention of this study is to take into account what child sexual abuse means as such, in what situations it can occur, the impact it causes and how it is treated through the different professionals of psychology. The objective is to locate what scope it can have in the community of mental health professionals who can detect or refer victims of sexual abuse at the very moment they are hit and if they have the appropriate knowledge and training to give psychological care. In order to do it, professionals from different fields of psychology who observe or treat victims of child sexual abuse are interviewed to get their opinion based on their experience. In this way, it is confirmed that not only the symptomatology and the psychological impact suffered by the victims during and after the process, but also the gaps are localized, not only through psychology, but also in other areas such as legal and social protocols; such as lack of information, prevention and awareness.
