El patrimoni dels comtes d’Empúries entre els segles XIV i XV

Abstract

L’objectiu del treball és aproximar-nos al patrimoni dels comtes d’Empúries entre finals del segle XIV i inicis del segle XV. En primer lloc, s’ha realitzat un estat de la qüestió sobre l’estudi per constatar que aquest tema i les noves fonts disponibles per al seu estudi han estat poc analitzades per la historiografia. A continuació s’ha fet una primera aproximació al patrimoni comtal a través del buidatge del llibre de comptes de l’administració de les rendes del comtat d’Empúries gestionat per Pere Comte entre els anys 1402 i 1404. Per fer-ho s’ha explicat què és un llibre de comptes i s’han tractat les dades extretes del buidatge, a la vegada que s’ha realitzat un estat de la qüestió dels comtes d’Empúries per presentar els diferents camins que la historiografia ha pres en l’estudi del comtat d’Empúries al llarg del temps.

The objective of this work is to do a first approach to the Empúries county patrimony between late XIV century and early XV century. A review of the current state of research has been carried out to confirm that this topic and the new sources available for its study have been little analyzed by historiography. Below is an initial overview of the comtal heritage through the study of the county of Empúries’s rent ledger managed by Pere Comte between the years 1402 and 1404. In order to do so, it has been explained what a ledger is and the data extracted from the study has been discussed and a state of the art has been made to present the different paths the historiography has taken in the study of the county of Empúries through time.
