Abstract

This Bachelor's Thesis aims to provide a critical edition of folios 305, 306, and 307 from the unpublished manuscript Grammaire Cathalane by Josep Tastú. The excerpt consists of an ornithonymic vocabulary in French, Latin, and Roussillon Catalan, which forms part of the chrestomathy accompanying the aforementioned grammar. The thesis is divided into two parts: on one hand, it introduces the life and work of the Perpignan-born Josep Tastú; on the other hand, it presents the edited text along with detailed footnotes to aid comprehension
