Abstract

This brief article suggests a reading of the nietzschean concept of Will to Power. First, starting from Heidegger and Deleuze’s interpretations, an analysis on the differences between Schopenhauer’s concept of Will and Nietzsche’s Will to Power is developed, followed by a contrast between Nietzsche’s Will to Power and Darwin’s assumptions on the Theory of Evolution. Finally, Will to Power as a key concept in Nietzsche’s ontology and epistemology is highlighted
