El texto que sigue focaliza la falta de gobernanza de nuestro sistema sanitario, y la pretensión de cada una de las partes que en él intervienen, de hacer valer sus intereses, subrogándose, en aquella, la clave para entender la dificultad de reformar el sistema español de salud. Todo ello se refleja en las pretensiones de unos y otros que se creen igualmente legitimados para hacer prevalecer objetivos propios por encima de los colectivos.
