‘Mind the glitch’, paseo nocturno por la imagen digital a través Holy Motors

Tomando como punto de partida la secuencia de Holy Motors (Leos Carax, 2012) en la que un travelling recorre el cementerio de Père Lachaise hasta que la imagen se desintegra en un glitch, tratamos de analizar el uso y los significados posibles de este efecto y la técnica del datamoshing.

Taking as a point of departure the sequence from Holy Motors (Leos Carax, 2012) in which a travelling tours through the Père Lachaise cemetery until the image disintegrates into a glitch, we will attempt to analyze the use and possible meanings of this effect and the datamoshing technique.
