El presente documento se realiza como Proyecto Final de Grado de la titulación de graduado en
Ciencias y Tecnologías de la Edificación, del estudiante Francisco Javier Sáez Lorente, de la Escuela
Politécnica Superior de Edificación de Barcelona.
El objetivo del trabajo es la consolidación de una masía situada en Torrelles de Llobregat,
perteneciente a la comarca del Bajo Llobregat y a la provincia de Barcelona. La masía, denominada la
masía de "Can Coll", es una masía originaria del siglo XVI que ha sufrido diversas rehabilitaciones,
modificando su estética hasta concluir en el aspecto que conserva actualmente. Para la realización de
este proyecto, se pretende estudiar el sistema constructivo de la masía, realizar una diagnosis de sus
lesiones y plantear el modo de intervenir en ellas.
El proyecto surgió tras conocer que la masía era propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Torrelles de
Llobregat, y que se había planificado una consolidación de la misma. Por tanto, la realización de este
proyecto se ceñirá lo máximo posible a las necesidades reales que se plantean.
La estructura del proyecto se plantea con un estudio inicial de la historia de la masía catalana,
seguido de un levantamiento gráfico y el estudio de las lesiones que padece. Una vez realizada la
diagnosis, se procede a la propuesta de intervención, que consiste en la consolidación de la masía
teniendo en cuenta las futuras intervenciones que pueda plantear el Ayuntamiento de Torrelles de
Llobregat sobre la edificación en cuestión.
Como aspecto a destacar, se ha tenido en cuenta en todo momento la importancia histórica del
edificio, ya que es un elemento singular del municipio de Torrelles de Llobregat. Por este hecho, se ha
optado por la conservación de los elementos que representan y dan valor histórico a la masía, tales
como el forjado que encontramos en planta baja, en el que se observan unos trazados sobre el
revestimiento de yeso del revoltón cerámico, con siglos de antigüedad.

The objective of this project is the consolidation of a farmhouse located in Torrelles de Llobregat,
belonging to the Bajo Llobregat and Barcelona. The house, called the "Can Coll" farmhouse is an
original sixteenth-century farmhouse that has undergone several renovations, changing its aesthetic
finishing in the aspect that now preserved. For the realization of this Project, have to study the
construction system of the house, make a diagnosis of their injuries and propose how to intervene in
them
The project started after learning that the farm was owned by the City of Torrelles de
Llobregat, and had planned a consolidation project of it. Therefore, this project will be restricted as
much as possible to the real needs that arise.
The project structure is proposed with an initial study of the history of the Catalan farmhouse,
followed by a graphic survey and study of the injuries suffered. After the diagnosis, we proceed to the
proposed intervention, which is the consolidation of the house considering future interventions that may
arise from the City of Torrelles de Llobregat on the building in question.
As noteworthy aspect, it has taken into account the historical importance of the building, as it is a
unique element of the municipality of Torrelles de Llobregat. For this, it has opted for the conservation of
the features that represent and give historical value to the farmhouse, such as wrought we found on the
ground floor, in which some drawings on the plaster coating of the ceramic cankerworm observed with
centuries-old. |
